When Diane and Dipa from the 99 Calls team recently connected with Marcus Viana, it was a great opportunity to reflect on how far his businesses have come since he first partnered with us in 2013, and to hear firsthand how he continues to grow and juggle multiple responsibilities as a business owner and family man.

Marcus, who immigrated from Brazil, has built not one, but two successful service businesses, while supporting his wife through nursing school and raising two children. His story is a powerful testament to resilience, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering dedication to his family.

Building Viviane’s Cleaning & Restoration

In 2013, Marcus & his wife, Vivian, partnered with 99 Calls to grow Viviane’s Cleaning & Restoration, their house cleaning business. Starting with organic SEO services, they placed their trust in a long-term strategy to build an online presence. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of watching Marcus & Vivian’s website traffic grow steadily and their lead volume increase.

Today, Viviane’s Cleaning & Restoration thrives through:

Launching Leal Restoration Services

Viviane’s Cleaning & Restoration added water damage restoration services many years ago when Marcus became certified in remediation services. As demand grew, Marcus recognized the need to separate the service from the cleaning business and build a dedicated brand. That’s when Leal Restoration Services was born.

Once again, he turned to 99 Calls to generate leads for this new business. An additional website was built, and an LSA campaign was launched.

In the initial two months, 99 Calls generated 11 water damage restoration leads in Massachusetts through LSA for Leal Restoration Services.
