Lead Dispute Option Gone? 

Google’s Local Services Ads (LSA) dashboard seems to be undergoing a significant update. The ability to dispute a lead is being replaced with a “Rate This Lead” feature. This new function empowers businesses to quickly provide feedback on lead quality, streamlining the process and enhancing overall user experience. This new update doesn’t appear to be universally implemented yet, but the LSA team at 99 Calls has noticed it.

Here’s how the “rate this lead” works.

Once you click on “Rate this lead”, 

you are prompted the following options:

If the lead meets your expectations, and you are very satisfied, and you select it, the next step is to select one of the following options:

If the lead wasn’t an actual lead, or is of poor quality and you are very dissatisfied, the next step is to select one of the following options:

Finally, once you’ve completed the selections, you’ll see this screen:

This new update helps Google understand which leads qualify as high-quality leads versus poor quality leads, which will result in more high-quality leads.
